Not much time to blog today I’m afraid, I’ve decide to tackle this weight problem head on, thanks to a few very convincing Bloggers Flower , Shamzzz , lee , Malowe , Supagran
Thanks guys you make a good point especially you Supagran, if it helped you to stop smoking It can help me diet.
So here we go
Last nights Dinner:

Crumb chicken breast ½ CC and 1x Protein
Medium sizes steamed Potato 1 ½ cc
Salad 2-3 Veg
Breakfast (the Usual)
All bran and fat free milk
Lunch ( I wasn’t able to weigh this)

3 x slices lean ham
3x wheat Cracker bread
2x laughing cow light wedges
Salad
Then the caterers at work brought me 1x banger, peas and carrots, the banger was tiny and I ate the veg
I was so hungry today and felt guilty but hey I can just take out that protein from my dinner tonight,
And besides if I’m strict with Veg ill never stick to the diet so as far as im concerned veg are free and if I’m hungry
I can eat as much as I want.
Anyway got to run, will probably be posting a wedding update soon.
